Position: Litigation Paralegal
Practice Area: Personal Injury Litigation
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Hours: U.S. Business Hours
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Rate: $10–$20 USD/hour

Senior candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience may qualify for a higher rate.
LITIGATION SUPPORTYou will provide comprehensive litigation support, including:
- Draft and prepare complaints, answers, motions, notices, and supporting exhibits for attorney review.
- Prepare, serve, and respond to written discovery
, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission. - Organize, review, and manage document productions
, identify key documents, and assist with preparing privilege logs. - Coordinate depositions with attorneys, opposing counsel, court reporters, videographers, and other vendors.
- Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, exhibits, exhibit binders, and other deposition materials.
- Prepare deposition summaries and organize transcripts and supporting documents.
- File pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents through state and federal e-filing systems
. - Ensure filings comply with court rules, local rules, filing requirements, and judge-specific standing orders
. - Maintain and monitor the litigation calendar
, including statutes of limitations, discovery deadlines, expert disclosure deadlines, hearings, mediation dates, and trial dates. - Assist attorneys with trial preparation
, including trial binders, exhibit lists, witness lists, mediation briefs, and other trial-related materials. - Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic case files and case management systems
. - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and other parties professionally and promptly.
- Proactively monitor case progress and flag upcoming deadlines, missing documents, and potential issues

- At least 1 year of recent hands‑on U.S. legal experience
- Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.
-based legal company - Direct experience supporting U.S. litigation
- Proven experience drafting AND responding to written discovery
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and court filings
- Experience managing an active caseload
- Excellent legal writing, organization, and attention to detail
- Fluent English with C1-level or higher proficiency
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours
- Personal Injury litigation experience
- Primary experience with auto accident cases
- Experience with premises liability and/or dog bite cases
- Experience with both state and federal court filings
- Hands‑on experience with court e‑filing portals
- Experience coordinating depositions with multiple parties and vendors
- Experience with trial and mediation preparation
- Proficiency with legal case management software
- Their own reliable computer/laptop suitable for full-time remote work
- A backup computer/device available in case of equipment failure
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps
- Noise‑canceling headset with a clear microphone
- A quiet, professional workspace suitable for handling confidential legal matters
- Willingness to use our Time & Productivity Tracker during working hours to accurately track work time, productivity, and activity
