- Engage in complex IP and technology transactions.
- Contribute to groundbreaking legal work.
- Solid law firm experience preferred.
- High level of academic achievement preferred.
- Active member of the New York bar preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
CertificationsAdmission to the New York State Bar preferred.
