Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Diligence Staff Attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group. The role can be located in New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut offices, with remote consideration for the right candidate.
The candidate will independently manage title, survey and zoning diligence for commercial transactions, advise on ALTA NSPS standards, and lead mentoring of paralegals and junior associates across closing diligence disciplines.
