Litigation Strategy & Management Lead; Remote

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary plus equity.

Our client, an AI-powered legal technology startup, is hiring a Litigation Strategy & Management Lead to own and scale how mass arbitration and mass action cases are identified, evaluated, and operationalized. This is a ground-floor role at the intersection of legal strategy, operations, and AI-ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading teams, and turning legal judgment into scalable execution.

• Own the top-of-funnel pipeline for mass arbitration and mass action cases
• Build frameworks to evaluate case viability, exposure, and precedent
• Operate and improve AI-driven case generation models
• Lead and scale a team of legal analysts
• Partner cross-functionally with product, data, engineering, and marketing teams
• Collaborate with elite law firms, including attorneys from Am Law 100 firms

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background
• At least 5 years’ experience in legal strategy, legal operations, or complex litigation
• Experience with mass arbitration or mass action cases is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building from scratch
• Product-minded with strong execution instincts
• Startup experience is a plus (scrappy beats shiny)
