Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its IP & Technology Transactions group in Palo Alto, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in IP & Technology Transactions and be able to collaborate effectively across offices and practice areas.
Duties- Collaborate with team members on IP and technology transactions.
- Engage in M&A transactions with a focus on IP aspects.
- Contribute to cross-office and cross-practice area projects.
- Experience in IP & Technology Transactions.
- Solid law firm experience with M&A transactions preferred.
- Active membership in the California bar preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications- California Bar membership preferred.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- High level of academic achievement.
- Participation in an enhanced mentor program.
