• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Provide legal advice under supervision in various practice areas.
• Participate in client meetings and conduct fact investigations.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, and assist in trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage assigned case files.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.

• Strong foundation in law with the ability to interpret statutes and case law.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law, including workplace rights.
• Experience providing legal advice with sound judgment.
• Advanced research skills using electronic databases.
• Effective negotiation skills to support settlement discussions.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to professional ethics and client service.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission, or eligibility for admission, to practice law in Michigan.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Experience in personal injury, employment law, or business litigation preferred.
