• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery.
• Draft and argue motions, and take and defend depositions.
• Proactively manage communications with clients throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, complying with case management requirements.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed to practice in the State of California.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
• Substantial knowledge of evidentiary objections in responding to discovery.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in California.
