Location: City of Poughkeepsie
Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (LSHV) has an immediate opening in Poughkeepsie for a full-time Staff Attorney serving veterans and military families. Practice areas include family law, veterans’ benefits, public benefits, and housing across Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties.
The role involves individual case work, state and federal court litigation (including appeals), and outreach to the community. Evening appearances at housing court may be required.
