Allstate in-house litigation team seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to defend insureds and the Company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, coordinating hearings, trials, and settlements.
You will provide counsel to business clients, monitor laws, and work with diverse legal teams across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island, with remote-friendly scheduling.
5+ years of litigation experience, first/second chair trial exposure, and proficiency in MS Office and Lexis Nexis are preferred.
