Remote - Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration Paralegal

We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Estate Planning / Trust Administration Paralegal
.

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week
.

Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida Estate Planning and Trust Administration
• Strong experience drafting estate planning documents and supporting trust administration matters
• Experience using Wealth Counsel (preferred), along with familiarity with Clio and Westlaw Form Builder
• Ability to assist with data entry, document formatting, and ensuring estate planning documents are complete and accurate
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents to ensure accuracy prior to attorney review
• Ability to organize and manage estate planning and trust administration files efficiently
• Experience supporting real estate-related matters, including title work (a plus)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong understanding of estate planning processes, language, and procedures
• Ability to work independently and proactively support attorney workflow
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions while taking initiative

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour
