• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue motions
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Work on trial preparation and trial strategy
• Litigate employment-related matters involving a broad range of workplace claims under California law

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Three plus years of experience in employment law
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team
• Highly motivated with strong professional judgment and interpersonal skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
