ITC Federal, LLC is seeking an experienced Law Clerk II to support the U.S. Department of Justice under the MEGA 6 automated litigation support program. This fully remote, full-time role requires a law degree and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities include complex legal research, drafting motions and memoranda, and assisting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Prior experience with eDiscovery tools is a plus.
