• Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial‑related documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement efforts
• Assist with trial preparation and second‑chair trial work

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Employment law experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases within a collaborative environment

• Salary range: $130,000–$180,000 based on experience
