Job Description
Immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation experience for a highly respected multi-state litigation firm. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! The firm will also offer a hybrid schedule, allowing attorneys to work remotely from home part of the week.
Must be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and have 3+ years of Workers' Comp Defense experience.
Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA‑accredited law school, be admitted to the Wisconsin bar, and have a proven track record in:
- Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation Defense litigation
- Handling a file from beginning to end
- Managing a full case load as a self‑starter
- Handling mediations and taking depositions
- Embracing and developing client relationships
- Communicating frequently and directly with clients
- Exhibiting excellent verbal and written skills
- Accurately reporting time
Book of business appreciated but not required.
Salary commensurate with experience, and portable business will be discussed.
