This unique role combines data processing, investigative research, client interviewing, and case support for a respected law firm handling asbestos, silicosis, workers' compensation, and civil litigation matters.

What You'll Do- Interview potential clients and witnesses
- Conduct internet and records research
- Review and summarize documents, records, and depositions
- Write detailed case memorandums and investigative reports
- Locate and contact potential witnesses
- Perform cold calls and outreach to gather information
- Maintain databases and enter investigative findings
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal teams
- Assist with client communications and case development
- Occasionally travel for document collection or meetings
- 3-5 years of experience in investigations, research, interviewing, legal support, construction trades, or related fields
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes emotional conversations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable making phone calls to strangers and conducting interviews
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Bachelor's degree preferred
