• Represent clients in professional liability litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

• Manage case files and track billable hours.

• Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and/or CT.
• Prior professional liability litigation experience preferred.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lexis Nexis.
• Familiarity with case/file management systems.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Bar membership in relevant jurisdictions.
