This unique role combines data processing, investigative research, client interviewing, and case support for a respected law firm handling asbestos, silicosis, workers' compensation, and civil litigation matters.

• Interview potential clients and witnesses
• Conduct internet and records research
• Review and summarize documents, records, and depositions
• Write detailed case memorandums and investigative reports
• Locate and contact potential witnesses
• Perform cold calls and outreach to gather information
• Maintain databases and enter investigative findings
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal teams
• Assist with client communications and case development
• Occasionally travel for document collection or meetings

• 3-5 years of experience in investigations, research, interviewing, legal support, construction trades, or related fields
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes emotional conversations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable making phone calls to strangers and conducting interviews
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Bachelor's degree preferred
