• Prepare cases for trial and arbitration
• lead or assist trial teams
• Manage complex litigation, including discovery and motion practice
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Engage in all aspects of pre-trial discovery
• Draft and respond to motions
• draft briefs
• Present case strategy at trials in complex class action litigation

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of trial and deposition experience
• Strong academic credentials and robust analytical, research, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• preference for candidates licensed in Washington, D.C., California, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, or Illinois

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
