Corporate Associate - AM LAW

We are currently working with an elite law firm, who is looking to hire a high-caliber associate to join its growing Corporate group in Nashville
. This team handles sophisticated, groundbreaking legal work and offers a dynamic environment for attorneys to shape their career trajectories.

This role will involve:

• Structuring & Negotiation: Drafting and negotiating complex derivative instruments, including equity-linked products, credit derivatives, and interest rate swaps.
• Equity Derivatives: Lead work on accelerated share repurchases (ASRs), call spreads, and collar transactions.
• Regulatory Advisory: Providing guidance on the evolving regulatory landscape affecting the derivatives market.

Requirements

• J.D. from a leading law school.
• Prior Capital Markets experience - ideally gained at a national law firm.
• Candidates with a general transactional background and a demonstrated interest in Capital Markets will also be considered.
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
• Close to market compensation:depending on experience and skills.
