Corporate​/M&A​/Transactional Partner

Client is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Transactional Partner to join our thriving corporate practice. You will handle sophisticated matters for a diverse client base, including M&A, financings, commercial contract negotiations, and general corporate matters. • Minimum 8 years of private law firm experience in financings, M&A, and general transactional matters.
• A portable book of business is a plus, but not necessarily required.
• Active California bar admission.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
