, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing homebuilders, master-planned community developers, apartment developers, and other sophisticated real estate clients in connection with residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum 6 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:- Significant experience representing homebuilders and master-planned community developers
- Experience representing apartment developers and other sophisticated real estate clients
- Experience with residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects
- Experience advising clients throughout the full development lifecycle
, including land acquisition, financing, development, and disposition

The position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters with the resources of a highly respected AM LAW 100 firm. Attorneys may choose a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement
.Salary: $295,000–$500,000 + bonuses
