Associate Attorney - Litigation

Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has opportunities for Associate Attorneys to join our litigation practice. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and should possess strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Two to five years of litigation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred. Openings are available in our Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston South Carolina offices. The firm also offers hybrid work schedules, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Candidates will have an immediate opportunity for case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
