Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate to join its Litigation group in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will manage cases from inception to resolution, engage with clients, and collaborate with legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Manage a variety of cases, conducting legal research and drafting pleadings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Participate in professional development and pro bono work.

• Minimum 4 years of strong litigation experience across various practices.
• Law firm experience is required.
• Federal court clerkship is a plus.
