Associate Attorney

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on divorce, custody, support, and related matters
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff using structured workflow systems
• Maintain clear and consistent client communication

• 7+ years of litigation/trial experience (family law preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
• Strong courtroom presence and case management skills
• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Location: Hybrid Remote - Westfield, NJ (remote work with court appearances and occasional in-person team meetings)
