A law firm seeks an Associate Family Law Attorney in Sherwood, Oregon. The ideal candidate will join a supportive team dedicated to guiding clients through challenging family law matters. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload and work in a collaborative environment.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for client cases.
• Represent clients in court for trials and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.
• Maintain organized case files and utilize case management software.
• Collaborate with a dedicated legal assistant and team members.

• Active Oregon law license.
• Minimum of 10 divorce-related trials and hearings.
• Strong knowledge of Oregon family law statutes and local rules.
• Experience managing a full caseload independently.
• Commitment to family law practice.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Oregon.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom presence.
• Empathy and understanding in client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
