Senior Compliance Analyst

• Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and monitoring of license applications and renewals
• Maintain and audit comprehensive records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements to organizational processes
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal leadership on licensing matters
• Develop and implement process improvements for licensing workflows
• Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements

• High school Diploma or GED required
• 4+ years in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management
• Experience managing complex licensing projects and regulatory audits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
