Our client is a well-established, full-service New Jersey law firm that provides sophisticated legal services to businesses, individuals, government entities, and organizations across a broad range of practice areas. We are seeking entrepreneurial Partner-level attorneys with a minimum portable book of business of $250,000 who are looking for a collaborative platform to continue growing their practice.

Whether your practice is transactional, litigation, regulatory, or advisory, Weiner Law Firm offers the resources, infrastructure, and cross-disciplinary support to help expand your client relationships while maintaining the autonomy to practice law at the highest level.

• Maintain and continue growing an established book of business.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients within your area of expertise.
• Handle sophisticated legal matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's continued growth and culture.
• Participate in firm leadership and business development initiatives.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (additional jurisdictions are a plus).
• Partner‑level experience or a demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships.
• Minimum portable book of business of $250,000.

The annual salary for this position is between [$300,000 – $400,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
