Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense Attorney in San Francisco, CA. This fully remote position allows candidates to reside anywhere in California, offering a dynamic opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters.
Duties- Represent clients in civil litigation and insurance defense cases.
- Handle personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and construction defect matters.
- Manage commercial transportation legal issues.
- Meet a monthly billable requirement of 160 hours.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense.
- Familiarity with personal injury and wrongful death cases.
- Experience in premises liability and construction defect preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Quarterly production bonus.
