Remote Labor amp Employment Attorney

A law firm with offices in California is looking for a California licensed attorney to assist with labor & employment litigation matters on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a contract position. This opportunity is flexible without a specific hours requirement. The role is completely remote without any travel expectations. Actual experience working on labor & employment litigation matters is preferred but not required.

This is a great opportunity for a California licensed litigation attorney who is looking for either part-time or full-time work on a completely remote basis.

• Experience with drafting and reviewing pleadings, written discovery, motions and hearings
• Organized, responsive, and well-suited to the pace and flexibility of engagement-based work
• Experience working on labor & employment litigation matters is preferred but not required
• Being fluent in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Available approximately 20-40 hours per week depending on what works best for the candidate
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing
• J.D. from an accredited law school

Pay:
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $175,000 - $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
