: $55,000–$75,000 per year + monthly bonus opportunities

Are you ready for your next opportunity with a growing and innovative law firm? Pacific Cascade Legal is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our Oregon team in a full-time, fully remote position. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for this position.
This position is open to qualified candidates regardless of where they reside; however, prior experience working in Oregon family law is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with Oregon family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and organize electronic case files, calendars, deadlines, and case-related tasks.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients regarding case updates, document requests, and next steps.
- Assist with discovery, including gathering, organizing, reviewing, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and other third parties as needed.
- Assist attorneys with hearing, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation.
- Monitor case deadlines and proactively assist attorneys in keeping matters moving forward.
- Provide additional case and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Family Law Paralegal experience
- Oregon family law experience required
- Paralegal certification or relevant experience in lieu of certification
- Experience with legal case management software preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and team members in a remote setting

- The exact salary within the specified range will depend on experience and skill level, with additional monthly bonus opportunities available.
