Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with an innovative, AI tech-forward personal injury law firm handling high-stakes litigation across California is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience. This firm leverages modern legal technology to streamline practice workflows, allowing attorneys to focus on high-value litigation strategies, negotiation, and client advocacy.
Responsibilities:Independently manage and litigate a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters across California state courts from initial filing through resolution.
Prepare, draft, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and trial submissions.
Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, medical professionals, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.
Utilize AI-driven legal tools and modern law firm tech stacks to draft documents, analyze case strategy, and conduct legal research.
Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mandatory settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
Active member with the State Bar of California.
2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury. First-chair trial experience is strongly preferred.
Must currently reside in California and maintain a quiet, dedicated home office equipped for virtual court appearances and confidential client calls.
Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 (Higher base salary available for candidates with verified first-chair trial experience).
Direct referral fee compensation on generated/referred cases (paid regardless of whether you actively work on the case).
Settlement bonuses on resolved matters.
Performance bonuses based on overall productivity and results.

Firm covers registration and membership fees for CLEs, seminars, legal organizations, etc.
