Remote Family Law Clerk

Talent Renew has partnered with a law firm to find an experienced Family Law Clerk to join their team remotely.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law Clerk with 1–3 years of experience working specifically in family law

• Provide support to lawyers on a variety of family law matters.
• Prepare, draft, and review family law documents and correspondence.
• Assist with the preparation of court documents, pleadings, affidavits, and other legal materials.
• Manage and organize family law files from opening to closing.
• Maintain and track important deadlines and court dates.
• Communicate professionally with clients and other parties.
• Assist with the preparation of materials for conferences, motions, and other court proceedings.
• Conduct legal and administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic files.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Family Law Clerk is required.
• Previous hands-on experience working specifically with family law matters

• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year
, depending on experience.
