We are partnering with established Los Angeles-based law firms specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense. With a strategic focus on early case evaluation and efficient resolution, the firm represents clients across all California state and federal courts.

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in insurance defense
  or General Liability defense
  or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation
  .

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
