• At least three years of substantial Florida family law experience
• Currently practicing Florida family law
• Extensive knowledge of Florida family law and court procedures
• Strong litigation, negotiation, research, and writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, judgment, and organization
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload
• Commitment to practicing at the highest professional level
• Must currently live in the Greater Tampa Bay area
• Availability to attend in-person proceedings when required

This is a primarily remote position, but the firm maintains a closely connected, collaborative, and professionally supportive environment.
