Healthcare Litigation Attorney Fully Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a nationwide legal team representing healthcare payors in complex litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an attorney licensed in California, Florida, or Alabama who enjoys sophisticated civil litigation, has strong courtroom and legal writing skills, and is interested in developing deep expertise in healthcare, managed care, coverage, and reimbursement law.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling high-value disputes from strategy through resolution, appearing in state and federal court, and collaborating with attorneys across the country in a remote environment.

• Represent healthcare payors in complex litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
• Handle sophisticated and high-value healthcare coverage and reimbursement disputes.
• Make court appearances and argue cases in applicable state and federal courts.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategy and collaborate with a nationwide team of attorneys.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel regarding healthcare and managed care issues.
• Build subject matter expertise in managed care, healthcare coverage, and reimbursement law.
• Contribute to industry publications, conference presentations, and professional organizations.
• Manage multiple matters independently while maintaining excellent client service and work product.

• Active Bar license in California, Florida, or Alabama required.
• Strong civil litigation experience required.
• Federal court experience required.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare law.
• Health insurance, managed care, healthcare reimbursement, or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and case-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
