We serve as counsel to insurance companies, corporations, and financial clients across the country and internationally, handling complex civil litigation from inception through trial. - Base salary up to $150k, commensurate with experience — bonus

This role handles complex civil litigation defense for insurer and corporate clients, spanning discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Prepare for and conduct depositions
- Handle motion practice on active matters
- Prepare cases for trial
- Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Looking for:
- Texas Bar admission, active and in good standing
- Experience handling complex civil litigation matters
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
- Casualty defense
- General liability
- Commercial litigation
