THE CHASE CONSULTING GROUP is seeking a skilled and driven Health Care Attorney to join our team in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal counsel on health care regulatory compliance, policy, and transactional matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to health care operations
- Advise clients on federal and state health care laws, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulations
- Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging health care legislation and regulatory changes
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings, investigations, and disputes with regulatory agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compliant health care strategies
- Monitor and interpret changes in health care law to proactively advise clients on risk mitigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in Virginia or eligibility for admission
- 3+ years of experience in health care law, regulatory compliance, or a related practice area
- Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, and fraud and abuse laws
- Experience with health care transactions, provider agreements, or government investigations preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
