Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing clients for depositions, attending depositions, and invoicing depositions
• Responding to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and advancing matters toward resolution
• Being responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
• Contributing positively to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
• Participating in team events during and after work hours
• Providing feedback to management to enhance firm performance for clients

The company is looking for:

• Newly barred attorneys comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Experience with doctors' depositions preferred
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good standing with the California State Bar

• Annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000
