Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Renewable Energy Real Estate Attorney to join its established Energy & Natural Resources practice. This attorney will work on sophisticated renewable energy transactions involving wind, solar, and battery storage projects across the country.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex real estate matters related to project development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, title and survey review, and the negotiation of key project agreements. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leading renewable energy attorneys on high-profile projects in a collaborative and growing practice.
Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 2+ years of real estate transactional experience - prmairly financing
- Experience representing clients in renewable energy projects involving wind, solar, and/or battery storage assets
- Background handling project development and financing transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
- Work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects nationwide
- Exposure to sophisticated development and financing transactions
