- Provide litigation management support for pre-litigation and civil litigation matters involving the Company
- Gather, organize, and distribute litigation-related documents and information to attorneys, Claims personnel, outside counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Receive, review, and distribute legal documents formally served on the Company and determine appropriate recipients for timely handling
- Coordinate and administer responses to subpoenas and records requests, including reviewing requests, tracking deadlines, preparing correspondence, collecting applicable fees, and securely producing responsive materials
- Manage records associated with the Company's panel counsel law firms
- Administer software platform for reviewing outside counsel law firm invoices
- Monitor workflows, tasks, and deadlines to support efficient case management
- Coordinate and administer litigation holds and related documentation
- Assist attorneys with legal and organizational projects as assigned
- Support the Home Office Claims Department with property and casualty claims matters while working with in-house attorneys, Claims personnel, outside counsel, and business partners
- Paralegal degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of five years of paralegal experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilizing Westlaw legal research tools
- Ability to learn and become proficient in various online applications, databases, and the Company's claim system
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential business and personnel information
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with attorneys and business partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Demonstrates expertise in litigation management support, including document organization, subpoena coordination, and case management. Proficient in legal research tools and software applications, with strong organizational and communication skills.
