Are you an experienced Paralegal who knows the ins and outs of U.S. law? We’re looking for talented legal professionals with hands-on U.S. law firm experience to join our growing remote team!

- Provide day-to-day legal support to attorneys and manage assigned matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft, prepare, and review legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, discovery, motions, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, including Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission, as applicable to the practice area.
- Manage e-filing and document submissions through applicable U.S. court portals and ensure all filing requirements and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date physical and digital case files.
- Track court dates, filing deadlines, hearings, appointments, and other critical case milestones.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, agencies, and other third parties.
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation, document review, and other legal support tasks.
- Update case management systems and ensure all case notes, documents, and client information are current.
- Support attorneys with a variety of administrative and substantive legal tasks based on the assigned practice area.
- Personal Injury – Auto accidents, premises liability, workers' compensation, medical records, discovery, demand preparation, and insurance-related matters.
- Family Law – Divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, discovery, pleadings, and case preparation.
- Employment Law – Employment disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour matters, discovery, and litigation support.
- Estate Planning & Probate – Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration, probate, and related legal documents.
- Elder Law – Medicaid planning, long-term care planning, guardianship/conservatorship, estate planning, asset protection, special needs planning, and related elder law matters.
- Bankruptcy Law – Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, petition preparation, schedules, statements, creditor communications, court filings, case administration, and client coordination.
- Mandatory: At least 1 year of recent, hands-on experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.
-based legal company. - Practice-area experience is required: Candidates must have direct experience in Personal Injury, Family Law, Employment Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning/Probate or Bankruptcy Law
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal procedures and terminology within your specific practice area.
- Hands-on experience preparing legal documents and supporting attorneys with substantive legal work.
- Experience with discovery, e-filing, case management, legal research, or document preparation, depending on the practice area.
- Proficiency with legal case management software such as Clio, MyCase, Practice Panther, Filevine, Case Peer, Lead Docket
, or similar platforms. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills (
C1 level or higher
). - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple active matters.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours

- Must have your own reliable laptop or desktop computer
, plus a backup device or contingency plan. - Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection
. - Reliable internet connection suitable for video calls and cloud-based legal systems.
- Noise-canceling headset for clear client and team communication.
- Comfortable using time-tracking and productivity software, including Hubstaff
. - Ability to work in a quiet, professional, and distraction-free environment.
- Earn $10–$17 USD/hr
, based on experience and skills. - Senior candidates with 3+ years of relevant U.S. law experience may qualify for higher rates.
