I’m currently recruiting for a Associate Attorney opportunity with an established litigation practice offering the flexibility of a fully remote role in the DFW area and meaningful ownership of a litigation docket.
If you’re an attorney who enjoys managing cases independently while still having access to a collaborative team, this could be a great fit.

- Manage and take ownership of an active docket of approximately 20–30 cases
- Attend hearings, depositions, inspections, and other case-related proceedings

- Team gets together for lunches/happy hours approximately 1–2 times per month
, with flexibility around office attendance - Each Associate is paired with a dedicated paralegal
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $280,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- Year-end discretionary bonus based on billables, firm performance, and individual performance
- Origination bonus based on the size of the case and potential client
