• Advocate for clients at disability hearings in person, by phone, and via video.
• Conduct detailed pre-hearing meetings to prepare clients.
• Review medical records and case history to build strong case strategies.
• Draft persuasive pre-hearing briefs and written statements.
• Identify and address missing evidence in collaboration with the team.
• Evaluate cases involving multiple benefit programs.
• Explain legal concepts clearly to empower clients.
• Maintain organized case preparation systems and track deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and advocacy.

• Strong knowledge of the Social Security Disability process.
• Genuine desire to represent disabled individuals with excellence.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in one of the specified states.

• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
