Legal Intake Pros is seeking a Client Success Associate to serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of law firm clients. You will own day-to-day relationships, prepare materials, track decisions, and ensure our systems reflect reality with evidence-driven updates.
You’ll lead end-to-end client reporting, deliver training on dashboards and processes, and build plans that connect client goals to delivered actions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; prior legal intake experience is a plus.
