What You'll Do
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, customer, and supply chain agreements.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters as the company scales across multiple entities and geographies.
- Partner with our internal team on general legal and compliance questions as they arise.
- Review terms for new business relationships before signature.
- Provide responsive, practical legal guidance on a flexible, as-needed basis.
- J.D. and active license to practice law in Florida.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with a flexible, on-call arrangement rather than fixed hours.
- Experience with growth-stage or small-to-mid-size companies is a plus.
- Manufacturing, supply chain, or international business experience is a plus, but not required.
- Based in Miami / South Florida preferred; fully remote.
