Rinke Noonan is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Department. This is a professional position for an attorney who is motivated, client-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a long‑term career in a collaborative law firm environment.
Recent graduates, judicial law clerks, and experienced attorneys are encouraged to apply. Compensation and level of responsibility may be adjusted based on experience.
In this position, you will primarily assist experienced attorneys at the firm in a wide variety of practice areas. This may include work in business litigation, construction litigation, real estate, evictions, employment law/litigation and banking/creditor remedies. Successful attorneys are given opportunities to have immediate contact with clients. Over time and as your experience allows, there will be opportunity and responsibility for managing some of your own files.

You will also have support from administrative staff including, Legal Secretaries, Legal Technicians, and Paralegals. This position is primarily for work in‑person at our office in St. Cloud. Opportunities for remote work may be available depending on circumstance and experience level.
As experience and skills develop, there will be opportunities to assume greater responsibility for managing cases and client relationships.
QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate who brings:

- Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy abilities;
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail;
- Dependability and a strong work ethic;
- The ability to manage multiple matters and priorities effectively;
- A client-service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with a team;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other legal and business technology tools; and
- An interest in professional growth and long‑term career development.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school;
- Admission to, or eligibility for admission to, the Minnesota State Bar; and
- Ability to independently manage legal matters commensurate with experience level.
- Prior experience in litigation, dispute resolution, employment law, business law, construction law, real estate litigation, or related practice areas;
- Prior law firm, judicial clerkship, or comparable legal experience; or
- Courtroom, deposition, or trial‑preparation experience.
