Associate Wage & Hour Attorney, National Class & Collective Action Practice
Kingston, NY

- Exceptional ability to navigate complex substantive law and litigation procedures
- Superior interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients
- Availability for occasional case‑related travel
- Bar admission in NY or another state (or pending)
- Fluency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable, but not required
- Assist in all aspects of civil litigation
- Interview clients and potential witnesses
- Conduct legal research
- Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motions
- Review and analyze discovery responses and production Compensation

- Base salary of $85,000–$101,436, depending on experience
