Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with over three years of experience to manage family law and civil litigation cases in Central Illinois, including Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, and Springfield. This hybrid role offers remote work flexibility with in-person court appearances required 2-3 times per week.

• Handle a caseload of family law and civil litigation matters.
• Attend court hearings in Central Illinois approximately 2-3 times per week.
• Manage cases with support from paralegals and senior attorneys.
• Gradually assume more independence as experience grows.

• 3+ years of experience in family law and/or civil litigation.
• Licensed in Illinois or pending admission.
• Comfortable handling cases with guidance and growing into independence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
