Witness Statement Representative

About the Role:

USA Express Legal & Investigative Service Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Witness Statement Representative to join our team on an independent contractor basis. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting witnesses and obtaining clear, accurate, and professional recorded or written statements for insurance claims and legal matters.

This position is ideal for someone with strong interviewing and communication skills who is comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds. Retired claims adjusters are strongly encouraged to apply, as their experience makes them an excellent fit for this role

• Contact witnesses by phone to obtain detailed statements.
• Conduct professional, unbiased interviews.
• Accurately document witness accounts and ensure all relevant information is captured.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Submit completed statements in a timely manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain neutral and professional during interviews.
• Retired claims adjusters are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable phone and internet service.
