Job Description- Oversee the firm's day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
- Partner with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery.
- Manage and improve firm systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor administrative operations, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
- Support financial and business operations, including budgeting, expenses, billing, and reporting.
- Help coordinate hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, technology, and overall firm operations.
- Serve as a key point of coordination between attorneys, staff, vendors, and leadership.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and positive workplace environment.
- Support the firm's continued growth through strong operational planning and execution.
- 3+ years of law firm administration, legal office management, or legal practice management experience.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing administrative operations and improving workflows.
- Comfortable working with technology, systems, and business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
